Sher Harris
At 70+, Sher is living proof that movement is medicine through her specialty class, Senior Chair Dancing. Sher helps people of all ages regain mobility, boost cardio stamina, and lift their spirits—all from a chair. From church gyms, to recreation centers, to Senior Centers, Sher has spent years empowering individuals to embrace their body uniqueness through movement.
Our mission
Our mission is to make fitness accessible, enjoyable, and empowering for seniors of all abilities. Through safe, seated exercises, we help build strength, flexibility, and confidence promoting lifelong health, independence, and joy in movement.
